Alissha Davis is a flow artist whose practice began in Colombia in 2023, following a career in corporate marketing in San Francisco and nearly 12 years spent abroad.
Each painting is built through the movement of fluid acrylic, metallic pigments and pearlescent layers, surfaces that shift and reveal themselves with the changing light of the room around them.

Acrylic is whipped into a lava-like body, poured onto canvas, and coaxed with a flow medium, water and metallic pigment. Meditation and breathwork set the intention; the paint carries it.
Metallics make it glow.
Shimmering gold, radiant copper and gleaming silver are layered into each painting, designed to catch sunlight, respond to lamplight, and shift across the day.
A static photograph cannot fully hold what these works do in a room. The painting you commission is one that reveals itself, slowly, from morning to evening.
